NFI Certified Experts you can Trust
Fireplace World is committed to the National Fireplace Institute of professional standards in planning and installing hearth products. We have demonstrated our commitment to this industry by supporting our employees in obtaining certifications with the National Fireplace Institute to assure that they have the necessary knowledge and skill to properly plan and install hearth products. Our employees have successfully passed their exams for certification with the National Fireplace Institute and we are certified in both wood-burning and gas-burning manufactured fireplaces and stoves.
The National Fireplace Institute (NFI) - an independent, non-profit certification agency - conducts nationwide testing of hearth systems planners and technicians. Only those who pass rigorous examinations covering important topics like safety and placement, venting requirements, and installation guidelines receive NFI Professional Certification. NFI certification is an excellent indication of an organization’s commitment to professional training. Working with NFI Certified Specialists will ensure that hearth products and venting systems are planned and installed with the proper attention to safety and performance. You can visit the NFI website: www.nficertified.org to learn more about the organization, and verify certified individuals.
